Senior Manager, Data Products & Strategy (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid with at least 3 days in the office.

What you will do

• Define and prioritise the data, reporting, analytics, and data science portfolio for hirify.global Direct.
• Identify opportunities to apply data, automation, AI, and analytics to improve growth, customer outcomes, risk management, and operational efficiency.
• Lead data product strategy by translating business needs into problem statements, success measures, delivery priorities, and adoption plans.
• Establish value-based prioritisation frameworks and measure the business impact and adoption of data initiatives.
• Coordinate reporting teams around common reports, definitions, data sources, and self-service insight delivery.
• Champion data governance, metric consistency, data quality, reporting standards, SLA management, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in data strategy, analytics, business intelligence, data products, consulting, product management, or a related discipline, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience translating business priorities into data, analytics, reporting, AI, or data science initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of reporting, analytics, data science, AI/Generative AI, data governance, and modern data platforms.
• Experience with big data environments, Agile or fast-paced environments, business requirements, adoption plans, and service-level management.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills for senior business and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with advanced analytics, AI, Generative AI, or data science initiatives.
• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, or equivalent analytical and reporting platforms.
• Experience establishing data governance frameworks, reporting standards, metric definitions, data quality practices, prioritisation frameworks, or operating models.
