Group Product Manager (Digital Banking)

Location: Cardiff, United Kingdom, based at the hirify.global Cardiff office in Cardiff Bay.

What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year vision and roadmap for self-serve Digital Banking products.
• Build business cases for major initiatives and secure investment and prioritization.
• Partner with C-level executives, banking leaders, customers, R&D, engineering, UX, and business teams.
• Translate market and customer needs into product requirements and actionable strategies.
• Mentor and coach Product Managers and Business Analysts while fostering an accountable, collaborative team culture.
• Drive customer acquisition, ARR growth, churn reduction, and upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Digital Banking; payments experience is a significant advantage.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional Agile teams delivering digital products in scale-up or enterprise environments.
• Experience defining and executing a 2–3 year product strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Experience using market insights, competitive analysis, and innovation to influence product direction.
• Experience mentoring product teams, including at least two direct reports or coaching junior Product Managers into senior roles.
• Hands-on Agile experience with products serving 100,000+ users or generating $10M+ in revenue, plus strong commercial understanding.

• Experience in payment modernization and digital banking transformation.
• Experience improving NPS, engagement, or retention by 10–20%.
