• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the Spend Management domain.
• Build innovative experiences for small businesses to manage teams, roles, and permissions safely.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, research, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Measure and optimize customer-focused experiences using data-driven insights.
• Lead and inspire high-performing teams through effective storytelling and clear communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager leading teams at a fast-growing company.
• Track record of driving significant customer and business value through consumer-facing efforts.
• Strong analytical depth and experience collaborating with data scientists or ML experts to define metrics.
• Ability to systematically break down complex problems and make sound decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Must be based in the UK or be eligible for visa sponsorship/relocation to the UK.
