Focus on automating repeatable People Ops work, managing cross-border employment requirements, and building scalable rituals for a distributed hub-and-spoke team.
Location: Based in or able to work from London, United Kingdom, with occasional travel to Zurich and team offsites. The role supports a distributed team across Switzerland, Germany, the UK, and the EU.

is an ETH Zurich spin-off developing AI-powered Real Estate Decision Intelligence technology to help decarbonize buildings while optimizing real estate investment and portfolio performance.
What you will do
- Build and scale people systems for attracting, hiring, developing, and retaining talent in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
- Design automated onboarding, offboarding, performance-review, documentation, and employee communication workflows.
- Own the People technology stack, including AI-assisted scheduling, document generation, and Notion-based systems.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across commercial, technical, and operational roles, partnering with hiring managers on role definitions, interview kits, candidate pipelines, and hiring decisions.
- Design culture rituals, support employee wellbeing and relations, and plan team offsites for a distributed hub-and-spoke organization.
- Partner with the Head of Operations on HR administration, compensation and benefits, contracts, employee records, and employment compliance across entities.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in People Ops, HR, or Culture in a scaling startup, or relevant experience in operations, consulting, or a founder's office with a strong interest in people and culture.
- Proven ownership of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing.
- Experience operating across multiple countries or employment frameworks; Switzerland, Germany, or UK exposure is beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal English required.
- Daily practical use of AI tools and an automation-oriented builder mindset.
- Must be based in or able to work from London and willing to travel to Zurich and offsites.

- German language skills.
- Experience with Notion-based people systems, AI workflows, and automated HR processes.
