What you will do

  • Own and continuously improve the company's performance management framework.
  • Lead company-wide OKR planning, tracking, and quarterly review cycles.
  • Design and implement scalable people processes to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Analyze people, performance, and operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Build dashboards and reports providing insights into organizational performance.
  • Partner with leaders to improve team performance and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in People Operations, People Analytics, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Strategy, Business Operations, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into action.
  • Experience designing or improving performance management frameworks and OKRs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with high ownership.
