Professional Services & Training Operations Analyst (SaaS)

What you will do

• Execute daily operational workflows supporting APAC Professional Services projects.
• Drive regional Professional Services revenue forecasting and provide actionable business insights to management.
• Support pipeline and booking reviews, regional resource and capacity management, time logging accuracy, and month-end closing.
• Analyze project backlogs, investment requests, and at-risk projects; set up projects in PSA tools.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing while maintaining data integrity across operational systems and reporting tools.
• Track regional KPIs, prepare dashboards and business review presentations, and help implement global tools and process improvements.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent four-year degree.
• At least 2 years of operational experience in Professional Services, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations within a technology or SaaS enterprise.
• Experience with credit and accounts receivable.
• Strong analytical and data management skills, including Excel or Google Sheets with VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data modeling.
• Experience with PSA tools such as NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro, Tableau, and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Strong communication, organization, accountability, and ability to manage multiple deadlines across diverse regional teams and time zones.
