Senior Professional Services Engineer - Implementation and Onboarding

Location: Fully remote within the United States; company offsites take place a few times per year.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.

hirify.global provides an Engineering Operations Platform with centralized visibility, ownership, automated scorecards, and golden paths for engineering organizations.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end hirify.global onboarding and implementation engagements from kickoff through delivery and handover.
• Serve as the primary technical contact, troubleshooting implementation issues, investigating bugs, and communicating product feedback.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot hirify.global features and integrations across customer engineering toolchains.
• Develop data models covering entities, relationships, and ownership, and create architecture diagrams for hirify.global setups and ingestion pipelines.
• Guide customers on ingestion automation, ownership, reporting, and orchestration approaches such as GitHub Actions and Argo.
• Create learning guides and documentation, and facilitate enablement workshops for engineering, platform, product, and leadership audiences.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Professional Services, Technical Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or Platform Engineering with customer exposure.
• Hands-on experience integrating SaaS tools through APIs, webhooks, and ingestion pipelines.
• Familiarity with modern engineering ecosystems, including CI/CD, GitHub or GitLab, cloud providers, observability, and incident management.
• Comfort working with JSON and YAML.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
