What you will do

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for a book of enterprise customers throughout their security journey.
• Guide customers through deployment, configuration, and operationalization of the platform using best practices.
• Develop success plans with measurable goals aligned with organizational security and compliance objectives.
• Act as the primary technical contact to resolve issues and streamline collaboration between internal Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
• Monitor customer health, identify expansion opportunities, and assist in securing renewals.
• Contribute to the development of documentation and mentor associate team members to scale the organization.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as TAM, Solutions Engineering, or Professional Services.
• Must have legal right to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.
• Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure/OCI) and cloud-security best practices.
• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps workflows (CI/CD, IaC).
• Proven track record of managing a book of business and building relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• CSP certifications (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect, Certified DevOps Engineer).
• Security certifications or specific experience addressing cloud-security challenges.
