Field Services Enablement Specialist, Technical Consulting

Location: Remote or offices in Reno, NV; New York, NY; and San Ramon, CA.

Salary: $143,000–$179,000 OTE; $158,000–$197,000 OTE in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City Metro Area.

What you will do

• Act as the subject matter expert for technical implementation methodologies covering API integrations, ETL workflows, data migrations, and system-to-system connectivity.
• Define, document, and improve standardized integration methodologies and delivery assurance frameworks across customer engagements.
• Enable consulting partners and internal consultants through onboarding, training, office hours, documentation, shadowing, and hirify.global Academy learning paths.
• Guide complex customer implementations and advise on integration architectures and technical design decisions.
• Partner with Product, Consulting, Sales, and implementation partners to develop scalable integration solutions and influence product improvements.
• Identify delivery inefficiencies, lead process improvements and change management, and promote knowledge sharing across the services organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions with a strong focus on technical integrations.
• Deep understanding of API-based integrations, ETL concepts, system-to-system integrations, and enterprise integration architectures.
• Working knowledge of Python or Java in implementation or integration environments.
• Experience standardizing implementation methodologies across multiple customer engagements.
• Experience enabling, mentoring, onboarding, or training consultants, partners, or customer-facing teams.
• Strong consulting, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-influence skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with investment management platforms or front-, middle-, and back-office investment workflows.
• Experience with REST APIs, Workato, MuleSoft, or similar enterprise integration platforms.
• Experience building learning programs, certification content, or enablement curriculum.
• Experience leading partner enablement or consulting partner ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, or Slack.
