Senior Implementation Consultant

Location: San Francisco, CA or Remote (USA)

Salary: $142,000–$162,000 base per year, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Deliver the hirify.global Accelerator onboarding program for new customers.
• Manage customer engagement from sales handoff through implementation and value realization.
• Create implementation plans aligned with customer goals, track progress, and adapt plans as needed.
• Develop customer champions and increase platform knowledge and adoption.
• Coordinate customer needs with Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, Sales, and other teams.
• Identify implementation risks, create mitigation plans, and document customer value, use cases, case studies, and success metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading financial statement audits, including SOX testing, internal controls documentation, and audit methodology or workpaper review; or 4+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or a similar role.
• Experience at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup is preferred.
• Strong consulting skills and a track record of helping complex organizations achieve business value.
• Proficiency in project management, including prioritizing multiple customers, projects, and requests with limited oversight.
• Strong communication, executive presence, influencing, problem-solving, and end-to-end ownership skills.
