Project Manager/Task Order Lead (Cybersecurity)

Location: Ft George G Meade, MD; National Capital Region (NCR) or San Antonio, TX, United States

Salary: $122,000–$253,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary interface with the Government COR and technical points of contact.
• Manage task order execution, including schedules, budgets, quality, resources, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate deliverables, transition activities, knowledge transfer, and monthly financial and status reporting.
• Manage contractor personnel and subcontractor relationships.
• Participate in SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning and ART Syncs.
• Maintain the risk register, implement mitigation strategies, and oversee quality control.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen and hold an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• At least 14 years of relevant project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent substitution.
• Experience managing software development efforts in classified environments.
• Program-level SAFe implementation expertise, plus experience with DevSecOps and cloud-based development environments.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desired.
