Location: Candidate must live close to one of the designated U.S. IT locations: New York, NY; Louisville, KY; Tampa, FL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Dallas/Frisco, TX; Boston, MA; Washington, D.C.; Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; Chicago, IL; or Charlotte, NC.
Salary: $126,300β$173,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do
- Define the vision and multi-year roadmap for Network as a Product across data center, cloud, WAN, LAN, security, automation, and emerging connectivity.
- Translate requirements from CIOs, architects, engineering, operations, application teams, and business units into prioritized product features and services.
- Guide cross-functional delivery teams and manage network products throughout their lifecycle, from concept through retirement.
- Establish KPIs and SLAs to measure network service performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Own business cases, financial models, total cost of ownership, and vendor strategy for network products.
- Partner with engineering leaders to introduce automation, AI/ML, observability, and emerging technologies into network services.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management or IT service ownership experience, preferably in enterprise infrastructure.
- Strong technical understanding of WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, cloud interconnects, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, and firewalls.
- Experience developing and executing roadmaps and strategies for large-scale, mission-critical platforms.
- Experience managing cross-functional delivery teams in a matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication skills, including executive influence and the ability to translate technical details into business value.
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; an MBA is an additional advantage.
Nice to have
- Experience with network modernization, cloud connectivity, zero-trust, or SASE initiatives.
- Background in IT service financial management, including chargeback or showback models.
- Familiarity with Agile practices for infrastructure product delivery.
