Salary: $200,000–$285,000 per year, plus equity and commission opportunities.

What you will do

• Own AI transformation and technical deployment for major healthcare opportunities, partnering with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Serve as an executive partner to Fortune 500 customers, defining AI transformation roadmaps from pre-sales through production and expansion.
• Design, build, and optimize enterprise AI agents for benefits and eligibility, claims, prior authorization, patient access, scheduling, medication adherence, care-gap closure, and clinical inquiries.
• Own account trust and compliance requirements, including PHI handling, consent, clinical escalation, agent guardrails, audits, and security evidence.
• Convert deployment frameworks and playbooks into reusable healthcare assets and product roadmap input.
• Direct engineering and partner teams while remaining accountable for delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years owning ambiguous, high-stakes outcomes and earning senior executive trust, including at least 3 years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations across health plans, health systems, care, claims, patient experience, and contact centers.
• Builder-oriented approach with the ability to design and build solutions rather than only provide recommendations.
• Strong technical acumen for shaping AI agent designs and collaborating with engineers and executives.
• Experience shipping in regulated, security-reviewed environments involving HIPAA, BAA, PHI minimization, SOC 2, or HITRUST.
• Executive presence and comfort operating independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent technical experience.
• Clinical, public health, health policy, or clinical safety experience.
• MBA or equivalent experience combining business strategy and technology.
• Experience with Fortune 500 enterprise software or transformation programs.
