Project Manager (NPI)

Location: On-site at the hirify.global Center in Maplewood, Minnesota, requiring at least four days per week on site; other listed location: Neuss, Germany. Travel may include up to 10% domestic and international travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized. Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship is required.

Expected compensation for US applicants: $164,612–$201,193 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Lead key divisional new product introduction programs with cross-functional teams to deliver new products to customers.
• Collaborate with business management, stakeholders, and project teams to refine scope and oversee complete project plans.
• Build a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and success with project teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Mentor current and future team leaders and conduct project leadership training as needed.
• Identify and implement improvements to NPI processes to accelerate launches and commercialization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, completed and verified before starting.
• At least eight years of experience in product development, engineering, or commercialization, including project leadership experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Ability to work on site at the Maplewood, Minnesota location at least four days per week.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Four years of project management skills and expertise, potentially including PMP, Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma, PPU, and DOE or statistical analysis.
• A proven record of driving technologies or products to commercialization.
• Business acumen and the ability to work with business and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders, champions, and team members at all levels.
• Understanding of materials, technologies, processes, NPI systems, and corporate tools.
• Ability to motivate, develop, and coach personnel.
• PMP certification.
