Project Delivery Lead (Healthcare AI)

Location: Munich, Germany; regular travel and potential extended on-site periods across Germany, Austria and Switzerland during go-lives.

What you will do

• Own large, mainly hospital-based deployments from planning through go-live and adoption.
• Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate clinicians, hospital leadership, IT, data protection and information security stakeholders.
• Prepare teams for training and go-live, including regular on-site work across the DACH region.
• Drive post-go-live adoption with clinical champions and resolve implementation barriers.
• Improve implementation processes, tools and ways of working as the company scales.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, technology, healthcare operations, a start-up or scale-up, or project/programme management.
• Strong project management, organisational and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience driving results without direct authority and communicating with senior leadership.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to build and communicate business cases to hospital leadership.
• Experience with change management in clinical or other complex, regulated environments.
• Professional fluency in German and English at C1 level or higher is required.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or hospital experience.
• Familiarity with German-speaking hospital IT systems, data protection, compliance approvals and works or staff council processes.
