Team Lead – Project Management

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Cologne, or Hamburg, Germany; 1–2 office days per week depending on location

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and implement complex online and e-commerce projects while tracking milestones.
• Manage projects from offer preparation through delivery, including budgets, costs, key figures, and deadlines.
• Coordinate requirements between clients, internal stakeholders, and specialist delivery teams.
• Advise and support clients with a confident, proactive approach.
• Apply stakeholder management, risk management, controlling, and reporting practices.
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams across Strategy, UX, UI, Development, and QA.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing agency role or corporate client consulting.
• Proven experience as a team lead or in a similar leadership role.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Practical experience implementing technical digital and/or e-commerce projects.
• Experience with multi-project management, classic and agile methods, and tools such as Asana or Jira.
• Experience creating cost overviews and offers, project plans, re-briefings, and milestone dependencies.
