Technical Program Manager (ML/AI)

Salary: $180,000–$240,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead, track, and ship commercial and open-source product programs.
• Coordinate software development and product teams to deliver scalable products for customers worldwide.
• Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify resources, develop schedules, and track milestones.
• Assess risks, manage escalations, identify bottlenecks, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
• Manage programs spanning multiple teams and conduct weekly program reviews for leadership.
• Contribute to technical culture by promoting delivery and program management best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical work experience.
• 6+ years of technical work experience.
• 3+ years of experience with machine learning projects and cloud platforms.
• 3+ years of experience in an enterprise SaaS organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of team-based software development, on-time delivery, prioritization, and problem-solving.
