Senior Program Manager (Enterprise Data Platform)

Location: Hybrid in Boston, Massachusetts, with two core office days per week

Salary: $140,000–$187,000 annual base pay

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of the Enterprise Data Platform, from vendor signature and onboarding through implementation, migration, and steady-state operations.
• Coordinate engineering, architecture, data governance, InfoSec, procurement, legal, finance, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Plan and manage phased migrations, including dependencies, cutover readiness, rollback plans, and go/no-go decisions.
• Lead vendor contracts, budgets, resource allocation, governance bodies, and executive reporting.
• Build intake, prioritization, documentation, communication, and continuous-improvement processes for the program.
• Provide analysis, recommendations, risk mitigation, and strategic partnership to program leadership.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex enterprise programs and multiple interdependent workstreams from initiation through completion.
• Demonstrated ability to manage platform implementations, data migrations, vendor delivery, contracts, budgets, and executive-level reporting.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills across engineering, architecture, governance, security, procurement, legal, finance, and business teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, manage competing priorities, identify risks, and drive timely decisions.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from the Boston office, with two core in-office days per week.
