What you will do

• Shape and execute the technology and AI roadmap for Portfolio & Program Management and the Transactions, Alliances, and Portfolio Management organization.
• Own the MS Project Server Subscription Edition platform as the system of record for functional and integrated project plans.
• Lead business ownership of AI tools and use cases supporting reporting, analytics, automation, and process efficiency.
• Connect project plans, portfolio data, resource planning, and financial planning to improve enterprise decision-making and data quality.
• Define requirements, evaluate future-state technology solutions, and lead cross-functional implementation initiatives.
• Establish governance, administration, issue resolution, continuous improvement, and adoption processes for project management and collaboration technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Approximately 12 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or a related industry supporting portfolio management, program management, business systems, or operations.
• Broad understanding of project and portfolio management systems, including direct experience with MS Project.
• Experience with enterprise system ownership, governance, requirements definition, user support, issue management, data governance, and data quality.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with other industry-relevant project and portfolio management platforms.
• Supervisory or people leadership experience.
