Senior Director, HCP Strategy & Content (Pharma)

Location: United States — New York — New York City. Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the United States. U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and eligibility.

Annual base salary: $214,900–$358,100. The role is also eligible for a 22.5% bonus target and a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Own HCP commercial strategy, value propositions, and prescribing-focused brand strategy.
• Lead HCP-facing content, materials, and messaging for the franchise.
• Develop medical education and peer-to-peer engagement programs with Medical Affairs.
• Build field enablement resources for effective sales execution.
• Define HCP segmentation and targeting strategy and track prescribing behavior against goals.
• Partner with enterprise Sales on field execution and message pull-through.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in HCP marketing, brand strategy, or commercial content leadership in pharma or biotech.
• Demonstrated experience developing HCP segmentation and targeting strategies tied to prescribing outcomes.
• Experience partnering with a national or regional sales organization on field execution.
• Ability to lead through influence without directly owning the sales organization.
• Experience coaching and developing content and strategy talent.

Nice to have

• Experience building memorable brand ideas and campaigns for HCP audiences.
• Medical education or peer-to-peer program experience.
