Salary: $133,000–$221,000 annual target base pay range for candidates in California and New York metro areas.

What you will do

• Develop and lead a unified Nature Made content strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Create and manage an integrated annual content calendar covering themes and campaigns.
• Lead brand storytelling and content innovation across consumer channels.
• Use consumer insights, SEO trends, social listening, and web analytics to set priorities and optimize content.
• Design and manage content development, alignment, and approval processes across channels.
• Partner on adoption of knowledge graphs, AI content-generation tools, and project management technologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in content marketing, including 3+ years leading content marketing for a consumer brand.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in CPG wellness or a category with scientific and regulatory complexity.
• Fluency across website, social media, eCommerce, and paid partnership channels.
• Ability to combine long-term strategy with hands-on execution, data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and workflow design.
• U.S. work authorization is required; immigration sponsorship and STEM OPT Form I-983 support are unavailable.
