Senior Manager - Integrated & Remote Operation Centers

Location: Houston, TX, United States; predominantly USA-based engagements with travel to North American client and project sites as required.

What you will do

• Lead and deliver Integrated and Remote Operation Center engagements in the USA.
• Provide IROC domain expertise through client engagement, project artefacts, deliverable reviews, and project-team coaching.
• Co-develop the regional IROC capability and coach people to build local expertise and best practices.
• Collaborate with the global IROC solution team to shape repeatable regional offerings and drive continuous improvement.
• Work with technical and delivery teams to maintain a consistent approach across engagements.
• Build market eminence through conferences, industry forums, white papers, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of management consulting or relevant industry and domain experience.
• Senior-level experience implementing or operating IROCs in the mining, metals, or energy industries.
• Deep knowledge of integrated design across people, process, technology, and facilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to articulate the vision and value proposition of digitally enabled IROCs.
• Strong communication, negotiation, decision-making, client-relations, team-building, and complex problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree.
• Established market reputation as a thought leader in integrated and remote operations.
• Experience identifying alliances, investment opportunities, or acquisitions.
