Oncology Provider Account Manager (AI Clinical Trials)

Location: Remote from Pennsylvania, USA, with a home-based office and frequent local travel to oncology providers. At least 70–75% of working time is spent in the field, with occasional travel for conferences or internal meetings.

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with oncologists, hematologists, pulmonologists, urologists, surgeons, radiation oncologists, and clinical teams.
• Educate providers on AI-powered trial matching, pre-screening workflows, and concierge support services.
• Identify trial opportunities aligned with contracted studies and geographic targets.
• Conduct virtual and in-person visits to community oncology clinics and non-trial-site practices.
• Track physician interactions, referrals, and engagement outcomes in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with operations, clinical, and data teams on provider onboarding and trial referrals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, public health, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in field-based provider relations, outreach, liaison work, account management, or healthcare sales.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with healthcare providers.
• Experience working independently in a fast-paced remote environment and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Existing professional network among oncology providers in Pennsylvania is required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Nice to have

• Experience in oncology, hematology, clinical research, or driving referrals and adoption of healthcare services.
• Familiarity with EMRs, NGS testing, or digital clinical trial matching technologies.
