Entry Level Talent Solutions Partner

What you will do

• Manage the full life cycle of recruiting for open positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through online channels, job boards, resume databases, and professional networks.
• Review candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System and coordinate phone, assessment, in-person, and video interviews.
• Advise hiring managers on candidate skills and company fit while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Manage the candidate experience and monitor recruiting trends and technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of recruiting experience preferred, including full life cycle recruiting.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of creative and innovative sourcing techniques.
• Familiarity with resume databases, job boards, professional networks, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Ability to apply critical thinking, coordinate multiple tasks, and recruit for multiple positions under deadlines.
