What you will do

• Lead client kickoff calls to define hiring goals, team structure, and role expectations.
• Source, screen, and assess high-quality candidates across multiple professional networks.
• Manage the full recruiting pipeline from initial intake through final placement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for startup founders and hiring managers.
• Track recruiting metrics and identify process gaps to recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client documentation within ATS and CRM systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle or 360 recruiting experience.
• Experience working with US-based clients or startup founders.
• Background in outsourcing, offshoring, or global staffing environments.
• English: Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Time Zone: Ability to work core hours 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
• Proficiency with HubSpot, Workable, Google Workspace, and Slack.

Nice to have

• Experience at a boutique recruiting firm or executive search agency.
• Exposure to venture-backed hiring environments.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
