Field Appraiser - King William

Location: On the road throughout the King William, Virginia area

Pay: $17–$20 per hour

What you will do

• Inspect properties and accurately verify, gather, and record their physical descriptions.
• Submit regular reports tracking progress against assigned work.
• Represent the reassessment program professionally when communicating with members of the public.
• Work outdoors and travel throughout the assigned King William area.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the work area.
• Ability to travel, stand, walk, bend, stretch, kneel, climb stairs, and carry 5–10 pounds of equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in all seasons and weather conditions.
• Effective verbal communication skills and a professional public-facing manner.
• Real estate appraisal experience is not required.
