Auto Damage Adjuster

Location: Albany, NY; work may be remote, field-based, or in-office depending on the primary work location

Salary: $32.05–$49.86 annual salary range as stated in the posting. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available for candidates with an active adjuster's license in good standing.

What you will do

• Handle auto damage claims, including complex cases.
• Evaluate vehicle damage using technical and industry knowledge.
• Promptly and accurately settle claims.
• Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple tasks.
• Make informed decisions and communicate with customers and stakeholders verbally and in writing.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of auto damage experience.
• Motor Vehicle Damage Adjuster/Appraiser's License required.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer, mechanical aptitude, multitasking, attention to detail, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Employment authorization sponsorship is not available for new applicants.
