Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; availability during regular Monday-Friday business hours is required. The role supports distributed teams across all U.S. time zones, with limited travel for staff and departmental retreats one to two times per year.

Salary: $141,906–$164,145 for Senior Product Manager I; $162,027–$195,915 for Senior Product Manager II.

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for donor checkout, fundraising form creation, and fundraising analytics.
• Improve donation conversion through experimentation, funnel analysis, continuous iteration, and outcome measurement.
• Partner with campaigns to understand fundraising workflows and translate needs into scalable product solutions.
• Develop analytics experiences that explain fundraising performance and recommend actionable next steps.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, support, customer success, marketing, legal, and finance teams.
• Communicate product direction and outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience with checkout flows, transaction-heavy products, or e-commerce platforms.
• Product experience grounded in discovery, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• For Senior Product Manager I: 3+ years of product management experience focused on conversion optimization, user engagement, or revenue growth.
• For Senior Product Manager II: 5+ years of product management experience, including strategic product leadership and complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with A/B testing, data interpretation, product analytics, and customer-facing products.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-powered features or products.
• Experience with authoring tools, no-code builders, or similar creator products.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams and operating in high-stakes environments.
