Salary: $250,000–$325,000 annually plus equity.

What you will do

• Own new product areas before dedicated teams exist, developing theses, conducting research, sizing opportunities, and making investment recommendations.
• Convert research into briefs, prototypes, roadmaps, and specifications that product squads can execute immediately.
• Use AI agents to analyze customer tickets, sales calls, usage data, and competitor research, then test concepts with clickable prototypes.
• Lead smaller initiatives end to end with engineers from existing squads and design support.
• Build and lead a new product squad when an opportunity justifies a long-term team.
• Work primarily through asynchronous written communication and documentation.

Requirements

• 6+ years building and shipping web applications as a designer, engineer, or product manager at technology companies.
• At least 2 years taking new products from zero to one.
• Experience independently owning ambiguous initiatives and managing a portfolio of product bets.
• Strong product intuition, design judgment, and technical fluency when working with designers and engineers.
• Outstanding written communication, including persuasive briefs and decision memos.
• Must be able to work remotely from the Americas.

• Founder, founding product manager, or first product hire experience.
