What you will do

• Own emerging product opportunities from initial research and opportunity sizing through validation, strategy, prioritization, and delivery.
• Translate ambiguous problems and research findings into product briefs, prototypes, specifications, and prioritized roadmaps.
• Use AI-powered tools and agents to analyze customer feedback, sales conversations, product usage, competitor activity, and other evidence.
• Build and test clickable prototypes to validate or challenge product hypotheses with customer feedback.
• Lead smaller initiatives by coordinating engineering and design resources from existing teams, and provide temporary product leadership when needed.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, product leaders, and senior stakeholders through clear written communication and decision documents.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building and shipping web applications in a technology environment as a product manager, designer, engineer, or comparable product-focused professional.
• At least 2 years of experience taking new products or initiatives from zero to one across discovery, validation, and delivery.
• Ability to independently own ambiguous initiatives without dedicated teams or established processes.
• Experience managing a portfolio of opportunities and making evidence-based investment and discontinuation decisions.
• Strong product strategy, design judgment, technical fluency, analytical research, and roadmap planning skills.
• Exceptional written communication skills for briefs, decision documents, specifications, and strategic recommendations.
