Product Designer - Dashboard (Fintech)

Location: Remote in the United States or office-based in South San Francisco. Office-assigned employees spend at least 50% of each month in the local office or with users; remote employees are expected to work regularly from home.

Salary: $159,300–$238,900 annual US base salary, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.

What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of the Stripe ecosystem, users, and interface to inform product direction.
• Design and deliver high-quality, user-centered experiences for core Dashboard surfaces.
• Conceptualize and prototype product experiences that can be tested, shipped, and refined.
• Collaborate with product designers, product managers, engineers, user researchers, and content designers.
• Present work in design reviews and contribute to feedback and iteration.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant design experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and high-quality UI experiences.
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to influence product direction.
• Ability to collaborate across product verticals and with company leadership.
• Ability to balance competing priorities, perspectives, and user and business needs.
• Ability to work from the United States for this remote role, or from the South San Francisco office if office-assigned.
