Salary: $113,040–$169,560 per year. Geographic-specific pay structures may apply, including a range of $108,160–$162,240 for Structure 110.

What you will do

• Own product design from problem framing and exploration through validation, delivery, and iteration.
• Translate complex user, business, and technical needs into workflows, information architecture, interactions, and product experiences.
• Use Figma, prototyping tools, and qualitative and quantitative insights to develop and communicate design solutions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and business stakeholders to frame problems, evaluate options, and build alignment.
• Apply design systems, accessibility standards, and UX best practices while contributing to design critique and shared practices.
• Explore AI-assisted design and prototyping tools that improve product design and delivery.

Requirements

• Experience delivering complex digital product experiences with Product and Engineering partners.
• Strong product thinking, interaction design, visual design, and ability to balance user, business, and technical needs.
• Experience applying user-centered design methods and research insights throughout the design process.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and contemporary design and prototyping tools.
• Ability to take ownership, work through ambiguity, communicate clearly, and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Portfolio demonstrating product thinking, design craft, process, and outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise, financial services, CRM, workflow, or other complex products.
• Experience in regulated or operationally complex environments.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies or functional prototyping.
• Experience with AI-assisted design, prototyping, or development workflows.
