Curriculum Alignment Specialist, Math Focus

What you will do

• Make strategic decisions about project priorities and curriculum alignment details.
• Oversee contract aligners creating and maintaining alignment documents for K-12 math, ELA, science, social studies, and Spanish content.
• Review skill plans for quality and style, incorporating feedback to maintain high-quality alignments.
• Use internal tools to create and release alignments and format alignment spreadsheets according to technical requirements.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot bugs and correct data-formatting errors.
• Lead special alignment projects and coordinate with sales, engineering, curriculum design, and QA teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree.
• At least 1 year of experience aligning content to state standards; experience with math standards is required.
• Experience working with standards in multiple U.S. states.
• Math knowledge through calculus.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Intermediate proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.

Nice to have

• Experience with ELA, science, or social studies standards.
• Experience with spreadsheet formulas such as VLOOKUP or CONCATENATE.
• Experience with web technologies, programming, and databases.
