Senior Technical Recruiter

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for complex technical searches across Engineering, Data, and Product departments.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build high-quality, diverse talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to conduct intake meetings and define target profiles.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment funnel.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Greenhouse to enable data-driven reporting and decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
• Proven success in fast-paced environments, ideally within startups or digital health.
• Strong ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Consultative mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Greenhouse and BrightHire is preferred.
