What you will do

• Assess incoming project and program requests, close readiness gaps, and define delivery commitments.
• Coordinate dependencies, estimates, schedules, and execution across technology, product, operations, client, and partner teams.
• Manage MVP scope and delivery phases for multiple concurrent, multi-year digital product programs.
• Track risks, issues, blockers, changes, deliverables, budgets, and financial status while driving mitigation plans.
• Ensure timely stakeholder communication and compliance with project management methodology, key controls, and audit requirements.
• Lead issue-resolution and brainstorming sessions, provide direction to project teams, and contribute to knowledge sharing and training materials.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in software development or project and program management, including 5+ years managing technically complex, cross-organizational, multi-year programs.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, organizational, conflict-management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing technology dependencies across different delivery methodologies and applying Agile, Kanban, and SAFe practices.
• Expertise with Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, Miro, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft planning tools.
• Understanding of technical system architecture and experience with financial networks, card payments, digital wallets, or e-commerce software delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with GenAI automation using Python and Java, and GenAI models such as ChatGPT and Claude.
• Certifications related to software development or secure coding practices.
