What you will do

• Define program vision, objectives, success metrics, and measurable outcomes aligned with customer and business goals.
• Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps across multiple workstreams, teams, milestones, and dependencies.
• Own delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, forecasting, financial tracking, and overall program health.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and recovery plans to keep programs on track.
• Lead customer satisfaction strategy and continuous feedback across sprints, governance forums, milestones, and close-out validation.
• Influence senior stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Proven ownership of delivery outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience in technology, digital transformation, or enterprise software delivery.
