Senior Program Manager

What you will do

• Lead execution of a large-scale, multi-year U.S. Coast Guard technology support program.
• Serve as the primary interface for the Contracting Officer's Representative, Contracting Officer, senior government stakeholders, and corporate leadership.
• Coordinate program-level meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, delivery schedules, sprint velocity tracking, and rolling forecasts.
• Manage the program risk register, escalate cross-team blockers, and drive corrective action for schedule, cost, and performance variances.
• Oversee contractual deliverables, sustainment, and delivery across Salesforce, Appian, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, and traditional enterprise technologies.
• Manage team composition and continuity, mentor program managers and project coordinators, and support capture planning, teaming, and proposal activities.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Common Access Card, pass a favorable fingerprint check, and complete a Tier 1 background investigation.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, information systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of program management experience, including direct management of federal government IT contracts.
• Experience managing complex, multi-application technology programs with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile software delivery, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release management.
• Knowledge of federal contract administration, deliverable management, performance-based service contracts, leadership, negotiation, and executive communication; PMP or equivalent experience required.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field.
• Experience supporting U.S. Coast Guard, DHS, or other federal mission-support IT programs.
• Experience with Salesforce, Appian, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Power Platform sustainment and delivery.
• PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience managing multi-vendor or multi-BPA-holder collaboration environments.
