What you will do

• Expand NXP's footprint at key OEMs and secure early entry points for new system and software programs.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with R&D leaders, system architects, and platform strategists within OEMs and Tier1s.
• Identify and pursue software opportunities including MotionWise, CoreRide, and SDV platforms.
• Lead early-stage evaluations, PoCs, and Design Win opportunities to ensure smooth internal handover.
• Collaborate with GKAMs, Regional Auto Sales Leads, and Engineering teams to align regional and global sales strategies.
• Analyze SDV market evolution and competitive landscapes to refine product roadmaps and value propositions.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in automotive software, ECU domains, or SDV-related technical sales.
• Proven track record of selling complex technical/software offerings to OEM and Tier1 R&D communities.
• Strong influencing skills with both technical and management stakeholders.
• Experience working within international, cross-functional teams.
• Business fluency in English required.
• Availability for frequent customer travel.
