Global Social Media Senior Manager

Location: US (Remote). Hiring is currently available in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. Flexible work options include remote and hybrid arrangements; the model for this role is discussed with the recruiter and hiring manager.

Annual base salary: $104,754–$130,943 USD for New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington. Other locations may have different ranges. Additional eligibility includes an annual bonus or sales incentive plan and performance-based stock options.

What you will do

• Localize and execute hirify.global’s US social media strategy for B2C, B2B, and B2P audiences.
• Manage the US editorial calendar and align local content with global launches, campaigns, and cultural moments.
• Concept, script, shoot, and edit video content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Identify US trends, memes, humor, and cultural moments while adapting global narratives for local audiences.
• Support influencer and ambassador programs, managing creator briefings, feedback, deliverables, and performance tracking.
• Measure awareness, engagement, growth, and sentiment; conduct social listening, manage communities, and collaborate with marketing, sales, people, PR, partner, and creative teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing, ideally with fast-moving B2C or lifestyle brands.
• Strong knowledge of US social culture, humor, trends, platform algorithms, and emerging formats.
• Video-first production skills, including planning, shooting, editing, and occasional on-camera participation.
• Ability to create content for consumers, HR leaders, corporate buyers, and wellness partners.
• Strong organizational skills for managing calendars, workflows, approvals, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be eligible to work from the United States and one of the listed hiring states.
