Creator Program Manager

Location: On-site in New York City (Hybrid work environment available)

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

hirify.global is a safety-focused technology company building a real-time network of creators to report neighborhood incidents and protect millions of people.

What you will do

• Build and operate a creator recruitment pipeline to scale from 50 to 1,000 active creators per month.
• Design and manage creator incentive structures, including payments, rewards, and partnerships.
• Lead daily community engagement via Slack or Discord to maintain momentum and provide content feedback.
• Source and close media and partnership deals with local news, influencers, and neighborhood organizations.
• Collaborate with product teams to define creator tooling and address friction points in the roadmap.
• Define and track key performance metrics including activation rates, retention, and content volume.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience running creator programs, influencer networks, or community growth at a consumer app or media company.
• Proven track record of building a community from scratch.
• Ability to own a program that requires availability during nights and weekends.
• Strong taste in video content and an instinct for viral trends.
• Experience with incentive design and creator economics.

Nice to have

• Background in hyperlocal media, public safety, or news.
