Influencer Marketing Specialist

What you will do

• Define and own the Viral Automations influencer marketing strategy in alignment with business, brand, and growth objectives.
• Manage influencer marketing budgets, spending forecasts, and quarterly and annual allocations.
• Analyze campaign performance, including pageviews, CPMs, PPVs, and broader growth KPIs.
• Establish influencer selection frameworks, deal structures, partnership standards, and measurement practices.
• Translate business goals into priorities, roadmaps, and resourcing plans while improving processes and tooling.
• Partner with Paid, Brand, Finance, Legal, and Creative teams, and coach influencer marketing team members.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or related digital marketing roles.
• Proven success managing end-to-end influencer campaigns and partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret data and reporting, translating metrics into insights and recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience managing external talent or freelancers.
• Background in health, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience with influencer and social analytics.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing measurement and attribution.
