Focus on producing reliable welds, operating machine-shop equipment, and solving demanding manufacturing challenges in an integrated hardware environment.
Location: Hawthorne, California, United States; full-time onsite presence five days a week
Salary: $30–$50 per hour, plus stock options

What you will do
- Perform TIG welding on thin-walled stainless-steel and aluminum tubes, pipes, fixtures, and structural assemblies.
- Fabricate components for a high-throughput metal 3D printing system and internal factory infrastructure.
- Use a Miller Syncrowave 180 TIG welder, magnetic and corner clamps, miter saws, band saws, and grinders.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional facility.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of TIG welding experience.
- Experience welding stainless steel and aluminum.
- Ability to work onsite in Hawthorne five days per week.
- Detail-oriented approach and commitment to high-quality, reliable craftsmanship.
Nice to have
- 5 or more years of TIG welding experience.
- Precision welding experience.
- Aerospace welding experience.
- Experience welding thin-walled pipes, tubes, or other structures.
- Interest in performing additional machine-shop fabrication duties.
