Location: Arvada, Colorado, United States; on-site
Salary: $20–$34 per hour plus bonus; Restricted Stock Units included

What you will do
- Perform MIG, TIG, and spot welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components.
- Interpret blueprints and product specifications before starting fabrication work.
- Lay out parts, assemble components, and fabricate trailer structures using tube or channel.
- Inspect welded surfaces and evaluate weld quality against specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and care for welding equipment.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team and occasionally support machine operation.
Requirements
- 2–10+ years of professional welding experience.
- Strong knowledge of welding processes, with proficiency in MIG, TIG, and preferably spot welding.
- Familiarity with stainless and mild steel.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50–60 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8 or more hours daily, with strong attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Specialized welding certifications.
- Experience with exotic metals, advanced alloys, automated welding equipment, or formal quality inspection processes.
- Extensive trailer fabrication experience.
