Manager, Program/Project III (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States; work cannot be performed outside the US

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 annual salary

What you will do

• Lead Agile program and project management for website sustainment, enhancements, cybersecurity activities, and modernization.
• Manage work planning, priorities, the Government-accessible product backlog, milestones, deployment dates, velocity, and roadmap progress.
• Identify, track, mitigate, and report program and technical risks.
• Coordinate execution with Government stakeholders, technical personnel, developers, architects, and cybersecurity teams.
• Oversee schedules, dependencies, change management, software releases, delivery performance, and Government reviews.
• Prepare and deliver required CDRLs, including the Project Management Plan, backlog deliverables, status reports, and other program documentation.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience managing Agile software development projects in a NIWC or Department of the Navy enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting programs with a public-facing, secure web presence.
• Experience managing projects subject to DoD Risk Management Framework and STIG compliance requirements.
• Must be located in the United States; work cannot be performed outside the US.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Background Investigation.
• Direct employment is required; 1099 arrangements are not considered.
