Manager, Program/Project III

Location: Remote within the United States; work cannot be performed outside of the US

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 annual salary

What you will do

• Lead Agile program and project management for application sustainment, enhancements, cybersecurity activities, and modernization.
• Coordinate bi-weekly work planning and priority-setting sessions with Government representatives.
• Manage the Government-accessible product backlog, roadmap, milestones, deployment dates, velocity, and progress reporting.
• Track and mitigate program and technical risks while maintaining the project risk register.
• Coordinate developers, architects, cybersecurity personnel, Government stakeholders, and technical representatives.
• Oversee schedules, dependencies, change management, software releases, delivery performance, CDRLs, and program documentation.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience managing Agile software development projects in a NIWC or DON enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting programs with a public-facing, secure web presence.
• Experience managing projects subject to DoD Risk Management Framework and STIG compliance requirements.
• Must be located in the United States; work outside the US is not permitted.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Background Investigation.
