What you will do

• Build, assemble, and integrate hulls, structural components, and maritime platform systems from technical drawings and specifications.
• Perform fitting, bonding, laminating, finishing, and repair work on composite, metal, and other marine materials.
• Install and support mechanical and electromechanical components in autonomous maritime platforms.
• Conduct inspections, functional checks, and quality assurance throughout production.
• Troubleshoot assembly and manufacturing issues and contribute to product improvements.
• Support prototype builds, system upgrades, maintenance, documentation, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Boat Builder, Shipwright, Composite Technician, or comparable technical qualification.
• Practical experience in boat building, shipbuilding, composite manufacturing, or related maritime production.
• Ability to read technical drawings, work instructions, and assembly documentation.
• Hands-on experience with laminating, assembly, fitting, finishing, and repair work.
• Strong quality awareness, craftsmanship, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and reliable independent teamwork.
• Good communication skills in German are required; English is an advantage.
