Salary: $150,000–$180,000 USD annually in the US; $160,000–$200,000 USD annually in US Premium Markets.

What you will do

• Program-manage the annual planning cycle across Sales and Finance, coordinating timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, and the consolidated plan.
• Own GTM headcount and expense management, including plan-versus-actual tracking, requisitions, and capacity planning.
• Model and execute compensation plans, including scenarios, documentation, exceptions, and payout accuracy.
• Build forecast roll-ups across regions and segments and support variance analysis and corporate forecasting.
• Support territory and quota deployment, mid-year adjustments, month-end close, commissions accruals, and revenue reporting.
• Maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and data-quality processes for the Strategy & Planning function.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling skills using Excel and Google Sheets.
• SQL fluency and comfort working with code; familiarity with ClickHouse, dbt, or a comparable analytics stack.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles related to revenue, commissions, and expenses.
• Experience program-managing cross-functional processes and communicating recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, compensation administration platforms, BI tools, and a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS or consumption-based business models.
• Python experience.
• Experience with CaptivateIQ, Spiff, or similar compensation administration platforms.
