AI Program Manager (Marketing)

Location

Location: Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania with hybrid work model (2 days recommended in office)

What you will do

• Keep AI program goals and progress visible across multiple workstreams to ensure nothing is missed
• Own and automate reporting rhythms, ensuring timely and clear monthly business reviews
• Identify and flag competing initiatives early to manage resources effectively
• Run one of the AI workstreams, coordinating contributors across the business
• Help non-technical colleagues build habits of using AI tools in daily work
• Maintain organized documentation and backlogs

Requirements

• Experience building lightweight, adopted processes across teams
• Strong communication skills to align and motivate cross-team contributors
• Comfortable managing tools like spreadsheets, Jira, Confluence, slide decks, and Slack
• Understanding of marketing operations including campaigns, content, media, or brand
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders without formal authority
• Practical experience using AI tools to automate work tasks
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level)

• Background in programme or project management, marketing operations, or agency client/account management
