Product Manager (AI)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; Workplace: Hybrid

Gross salary: €4,700–€5,700 per month, with flexibility based on skills and competencies.

What you will do

• Shape the strategy and maintain the roadmap for the data product based on customer needs and market trends.
• Turn ML and AI capabilities into productised parts of the data offering.
• Define customer-focused standards for data quality, trustworthiness, and fitness for use.
• Make product decisions on ML-driven attributes, balancing coverage, precision, latency, and cost.
• Lead customer discovery with current and prospective customers.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven Product Manager experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Strong product thinking across discovery, customer research, prioritisation, and outcome ownership.
• Technical fluency in data pipelines, schemas, transformations, and inferred fields.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and shape a newly established role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
