Product Owner (AI)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid workplace

Gross salary: €3,200–€5,500 per month, with flexibility based on skills and competencies.

What you will do

• Translate business epics into detailed technical user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage and refine the product backlog, prioritizing features and ad-hoc requests.
• Collaborate with developers, provide business context, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and remove delivery obstacles.
• Work with Product Managers and stakeholders to gather requirements, align expectations, and support product strategy.
• Prepare feature documentation and support B2B clients with pre- and post-purchase technical questions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to write detailed technical user stories and explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong ownership, resilience, accountability, and the ability to guide a development team independently.
• Solid technical understanding or technical background, with familiarity with APIs, network protocols, web technologies, A/B testing, or data analytics.
• Experience using modern product management tools to optimize workflows.
