Technical Product Manager (Data Search & AI squad)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; Workplace: Hybrid

Gross salary: €4,700–€5,700 per month, with flexibility based on skills and competencies.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Data Search & AI squad.
• Lead the productisation of semantic search and agentic search over web data.
• Shape product-level decisions around embeddings, retrieval, ranking, reranking, and agent design.
• Define evaluation sets and metrics for measuring search quality and model performance.
• Conduct customer discovery to understand how customers query data and what AI-native interfaces they need.
• Partner with Data Product, Platform, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager on a product where AI, ML, or search is core.
• Working knowledge of embeddings, vector search, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation methods, LLMs, and production agents.
• Ability to make product trade-offs involving precision, recall, latency, quality, cost, and model capability.
• Experience defining and using evaluation frameworks for AI or search products.
• Strong product discovery, customer research, prioritisation, and outcome ownership skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders outside Product, including comfort operating in ambiguity.
